JEMI UK Ltd is the Joint Equipment and Materials Initiative. It is
the only association truly representing the interests of manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, materials and services for
micro and nanotechnology production across the UK and Ireland.
Its aim is to promote the development of a
strong UK infrastructure to support the growth of companies wishing
to design, develop and manufacture semiconductor, nanotechnology,
and MEMs technology devices within the
UK.
We have a strong network which extends throughout the UK and Ireland across mainland Europe and beyond which we leverage effectively to
create business opportunities for our membership. Each year amongst
other activities we organise a regular program of hosted and themed
networking events designed to put our membership in touch with
prospective customers and to highlight areas of new technology.
We run a regular series of events throughout the year to organisations throughout Europe. In addition we create business opportunities for members through our networking and lobying activities.
Our Offices are based in Edinburgh, Scotland from where we
co-ordinate a wide range of activities to further the interests of
