JEMI UK Ltd appoints new Director, Dr Alec Reader of
Innos LtdThe Board of JEMI UK Ltd (Joint Equipment and
Materials Initiative) the association of manufacturers and suppliers of
equipment and services providers, has elected Dr Alec Reader as its new
Director.
Dr Alec Reader, Business Development Director of Innos Ltd, succeeds
Bedwyr Humphreys, of IQE Ltd who has served as an excellent Director for
three years.
Dr Reader joins the six other Directors of JEMI, Mike Smyth of Oxford
Instruments, Ian Tonge of CH2MHILL, David Dingley of Kratos Analytical,
Christopher Mison of Kratos Analytical, Ian Burnett of IDB Technologies
and Willie Revolta.
Iain Hyslop, Chairman of JEMI said: “On behalf of the board, I would
like to welcome Dr Reader. JEMI will benefit hugely from the experience
and contacts that he will bring to his role as Director and we are very
much looking forward to his contributions to the workings of the board
of JEMI.”
Dr Reader brings more than 27years commercial experience within the
micro and nano-electronics industries with him to JEMI. As a member of
the senior management team and Board at Innos, he has firmly established
the company at the forefront of polymer electronics processing and
industrial R&D, championing Innos’ ability to bridge the gap between
recognising academic innovation and realising commercial opportunities
and exploitation of IP.
